Lottery Fund Award for All Logo

The Charley Heritage Group was formed in 1999 expressly for the purpose of producing the Millennium Map to celebrate the Millennium in a way that would be specific and put on record this beautiful part of North West Leicestershire.

Following the success of that project the group have either completed or are planning to carry out the following projects.

A Year in the life of Charley Video
Producing a Video that records the internment at Mount St Bernard Abbey of the remains of the Medieval Community from St Mary's Abbey Stratford Langthorne.
Publishing the book entitled "World War ll in Charley, Charnwoods’s Hidden Parish".
